We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are unhappy with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase date
  • Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • The request must be for an initial subscription, not a renewal

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals
  • Requests made after the 14-day window
  • One-time add-ons or credits that have already been used
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@poster.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

6. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us separately.
