1. No Refunds
All purchases are final. Subscriptions and token purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to any refund for the current billing period.
3. Bugs & Errors
If you experienced a bug or error that affected your usage, please reach out to us at billing@poster.com and we will look into it.
